My New Years workout! What better way to start your year then do a challenging but fun workout with your friends!
Every 4 minutes for 20minutes
2 rounds of:
6 over the bar burpees
5 DL
4 HPC
3 FS
2 Thrusters
1 STOH
10m Over head carry
After you start Deadlifts you can not let go of the bar ?
