Wow what a month!
Dubai, NYC, Christmas & NYE in Thailand! I feel very lucky & had such an amazing time!
In 2015 I trained 2-5 times a week & ate a clean diet for 5-6 days a week.. .. It's has been lovely to relax & indulge for a month over the Xmas period ???
Not ganna lie I'm slightly in love with my new boobs that have come from nowhere (well prob made from a serious amount of gin, red wine, cocktails, mince pies, sausage rolls, Christmas dinner, bread, pasta, American pancakes, Thai food ? etc..) ? but I'm really looking forward to getting back into training & eating well I'm starting to feel abit yuk!! & my skin isn't looking great either ?
anyone else feeling the same??? I even caved in & did a few Rwl dance & skipping videos on my laptop in my hotel room much to Louis's amusement!!! ?
