? ?? Heres my easy HOMEMADE RANCH POTATO CHIPS

Any #flavorgod seasoning will work in this recipe! Video recipe in my previous post!

Ingredients:
? 6 Yukon gold potatoes
?Canola or vegetable oil
?#flavorgod RANCH seasoning OR (any flavor) of my flavors.

Directions:
Wash and potatoes in cold running water. Using a mandoline, or vegetable peeler,(CAREFULLY) finely slice the potatoes into chips. Drop the chips into a bowl of ice water as you cut them to prevent them from going brown. This will also remove any excess starch.

In a heavy ,Deep pan heat oil to 400 degrees F (use a thermometer to keep the temp right!). The oil will shimmer when ready. When it's hot enough, lay the potatoes on baking sheet lined with paper towels, and blot them with more paper towels to dry complete.

Lower batches of potatoes into the oil using a spatula. They will fry very quickly; about 4-5 minutes, Remove with a slotted spoon when they're nice and golden and crisp. Immediately sprinkle on any of my. #flavorgod seasoning flavors.Repeat with the rest of the potatoes!
