In a medium sized pot over medium heat, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, gingerbread seasoning, salt and nutmeg. Add water and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add apples and return to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook until apples are tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from stove and cool for 30 minutes before making pies or turnovers. - 1 box of store bought pastry sheets 1 egg white mixed with 1 T water (egg wash) Sugar for sprinkling - Defrost both pastry sheets on kitchen counter until at room temp. Preheat oven to 400° F. On a floured surface, unroll 1 sheet and use rolling pin to stretch out a bit so that you'll be able to get 6 squares. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 6 squats. Repeat with second pastry sheet. Fill one corner with about 2 T of filling. Lightly coat the edges with egg wash. Fold over and press firmly to seal. It may open up a little when baking, but that's ok. Repeat with the other squares. Place on a lined baking sheet, about 1" apart. Lightly brush more egg wash on top and sprinkle some sugar over them. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Once done, remove from oven and drizzle with glaze. - Glaze- 1 tsp melted butter 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 c powdered sugar 1 T #flavorgod Gingerbread Cookie Seasoning, ground 1.5 - 2 T milk - Mix everything together. Consistency should be fluid enough to drizzle with ease. Place in a ziplock bag. Snip a tiny piece of the corner off. Drizzle over turnovers while still hot. - FLAVORGOD.COM

Filling-
