While I was doing press for my book #YourBeautyMark, several television hosts immediately commented on the scent of my perfume, Erotique, even though we were just there to talk about my book, and not my perfume! The perfume I wear most every day during the autumn and winter is my fourth fragrance, and it is also the one that I managed to have total control over the "juice" and the imagery, with no rules. I consider it my masterpiece! Of course it's not a commercial success because it's not for everyone, but I can't bear to just do what "works" in the marketplace for the sake of making money. I actually want to make things that I can feel proud of, that I actually wear everyday, which sometimes means not being commercially successful. Erotique is an aphrodisiac accomplishment, an elixir of alchemy inspired by a time when perfume meant something different than it does now. Erotique is only available in limited quantities, and it is certainly not the fragrance for everyone, but if you like unique fragrances and don't want to smell like a candy fruit bomb or a flowerbed, this might be the fragrance for you! ?
