Every year on January 1 I practice 108 sun salutations, a Yoga Mala, to ring in the new year. This year you will be able to join me from anywhere in the world!
Practicing a yoga mala, 108 consecutive sun salutations, is yogic tradition often practiced upon the change of the seasons and on the first day of the year. It's incredibly transformational - I cry every year - and a very profound way to set your intentions for 2016.
Join us on January 1 for a global Yoga Mala! A main event will take place in NYC on January 1 taught by my girl @beebosnak and it will be live streamed for everyone to join on www.oneoeight.tv?? We are now inviting yoga studios worldwide to sign up to host their own Yoga Mala locally, too! The 108 sun salutations will take place at the same time, all over the world, and all events will be donation based. 100% of donations will go to support the @109world mission of creating a better world.
