Sometimes I find myself getting so caught up in winning and obsessing over every little detail in gymnastics. I think most athletes struggle with this. Sometimes we let it take over our lives. What I've learned over the past few months is that all I can do is be the best version of myself I can be. I hope it's enough, if it's not than at least I know I gave it my all and worked as hard as I could. At the end of the day the MOST important thing in life is to be happy and I believe that happiness comes from being a GOOD person. That is what matters, helping others and encouraging our friends to be a better version of themselves. I hope that this generation that is obsessed with social media never ever looses sight of this. We all need to remember to compete with the person we see in the mirror not compete with someone else. I remind myself of this every single day as I prepare for the 2016 Olympic Games this summer. Whatever your goal is in life I hope you all find happiness and strive to be the best version of yourself you can be. If you do that than our world can find more happiness, because our world needs more love ❤️
