Line work practice from "Draw Fifty Flowers, Trees And Other Plants" tutorial book by Lee J. Ames. Breaking in my new sepia Uni-Ball Signo 0.28 gel pen, which I found at my local Korean/Japanese stationery store. I really like the hue of this sepia tone so much! I prefer the darker sepia shades as opposed to the orange-brownish ones so this is a most welcome edition to my favourite gel pens. It's been too long since I've practiced fine line work and drawing my fave subject: flowers! Also, I've been reflecting a lot on loving one's self and believing in yourself amidst learning curves, mistakes, imperfections and flaws and through the victories, celebrations and joyous moments too. We all are traversing through a journey with all different kinds of terrain and weather. It's good to stop and remind ourselves that we are worthy to be loved, especially from our own selves. #thehobonichisociety
