Last night in #Portland I had the chance to spend half an hour laughing, talking, singing and going deep with @doitforthelovefoundation recipient Beverly Lodewick who is living with stage four cancer. She told me about her journey of living well beyond what any doctor told her she would by treating herself with nutrition and positive thoughts and energy. She also shared with me about how when she was a young girl she tuned into 101.9FM with her father just as #KINK came on the air for the very first time! She asked that I sing her #OnceADay for her backstage and I was moved experiencing how much she connected with the words of it.
