I'm not going to tiptoe around my pure joy and excitement!
I just got the BEST birthday present EVER!!!
“Let’s put this one (declawing) in the history books where it belongs!” ...Dr Marty Becker
About a month ago I reached out to a few famous & well known veterinarians for some help with our important cause to end declawing.
Some never responded, one wrote a story called, “I’m being Cyber-Bullied”, and one of them, America’s True Favorite Veterinarian, Dr Marty Becker, who I can now call a friend and my hero, was inspired to write this AMAZING story. Please read and share it with your vet and friends, since it WILL save hundreds of kitties. ❤️ Dr Becker listened to my concerns and told me he was also opposed to declawing and asked how he could help. He used his fame and influence to write this story about something that directly affects the welfare of so many kitties and that matters.
He is a true advocate for animals by thinking of their needs first. He isn’t looking the other way or worried about upsetting his pro-declaw veterinary colleagues or associations.
As a doctor who took an oath to heal, he knows that declawing is WRONG and wants to do what he can to help end it. ❤️ I’m so happy to add him to the growing list of other humane veterinarians who are actively working to help end this horrific and unnecessary procedure!
