By directing our awareness toward our hearts and acknowledging the blessings we have in life we are able to manifest the life we’ve always wanted. Our wildest dreams are all within reach, and the first step to manifesting them is setting our intentions and moving deeply into gratitude. What better place than on our yoga mats?
This 75-minute flow class will allow you to connect to a beautiful community of likeminded souls and together, set fear aside and extend gratitude to the love thats present all around us. This is a perfect time to set your intentions for the end of the year, and through the practice of moving with your breath weave that intention into your daily life – on and off the mat.

Expect lots of movement, fun transitions, community and connection. Open to all levels of practitioners! Bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water and a sweater for the end of practice.
