Ladies & gentlemen, the Pugliese Focaccia. It's one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten in my life. And it's simply flour, water, salt, tomatoes and a looooooot of extra virgin olive oil.
It's incredible how a food this simple can taste so good. (It's the magic of great #Italian ingredients)
