Beautiful use of the candle holders featured in our December issue on page 137. To achieve this DIY, blow balloons up, then brush on a glittery glue mixture. Once it dries, pop and discard the balloons -- leaving behind shells you can paint on the inside. Photo by @matinauxsaules
