Check out the November issue of @monoclemagazine for a beautiful feature on Alvar Aalto's Rovaniemi, the city he re-planned from scratch in 1944-45. This photo from Monocle Magazine was taken in the Lappia Hall, its inauguration in 1976 was the last attended by Aalto.
