Morning ya'll we've just got back from our UK Tour.
Can't even begin to describe its success and the people who have supported and warmly welcomed us to their home away from home Gyms & Supps Stores. As I'm getting warmed up on the stair master I've come to realize as I look through your messages that it's Thanksgiving! A day in which we gather together with close & distant family & friends enjoy warm meals & the feeling of belonging.
Defining Thanksgiving..
There was a time where thanksgiving meant Tilapia and cold steel weights with cold meals but the feeling of belonging was still there... Scanning the gym card with the acceptance of being welcomed.... a feeling to belong to a group of objects and gym strangers with a simple head nod and occasional spot that encouraged an extra rep.. the feeling became family..
Ending with an open thought of warm words of food for thought. "With clipped wings a caged bird stands on the grave dreams looking onwards through the window it's been placed near.
