As we enter into this week of Thanksgiving I am reminded of the importance of giving thanks, even in hard times. It’s with heavy sadness that my loving father passed away over the weekend. He was a great man who left way too soon. In my sorrow & heartbreak I am thankful for the joy & wisdom he brought to my life. He taught to me to be kind, to love, to give, and to draw. His love for art & ability to create will always inspire me to be just like him when I grow up. This post is a tribute to him & his beautiful art. This was his last painting which he created only weeks ago. I absolutely adore it & will cherish it forever. I will miss him terribly and will always be grateful for the life, love & encouragement he gave me. I love you Popperoni & I’m thankful to have had you as my awesome dad! ?
