In the fall of 1949, Herman Miller's first showroom on the West Coast opened at 8806 Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. The building was designed by the @EamesOffice and mimics the look of Case Study House #8, which Charles and Ray Eames moved into later that year. This image shows the facade in 1951, but the building still stands in West Hollywood today. #tbt
