THE FINAL EXAM

Back in the day at the farmers markets, any customer could walk up to my booth and eat my seasonings straight from the jar. I always had snacks and appetizers prepared so people could try any flavor they wanted on ready made meals.

Over time, I met people from local and neighboring cities, out of state visitors, culinary students and chefs, and even tourists from other countries. Many of them tried my seasonings and immediately discussed the variety of ways they could use them at home, at work, and even in restaurants.

That "personal touch" aspect of my seasonings has remained a hallmark of every new flavor I've crafted since then. It not only takes months to produce a new flavor but they're rigorously tested by myself, chefs, and local cooks. The final tests include bringing a new flavor to a restaurant and sprinkling it directly over hot meals. If the flavors don't blow me away, then the new seasoning never makes it to my website.

Nowadays, I can barely produce them fast enough to keep up with worldwide sales but I love what I do! In this pic, I'm shaking Ranch seasoning over fries at a local restaurant with my manager @spice_titan. Yes, they were beyond delicious! Thanks again everyone!
