Here's my Miso Glazed Salmon over a Quinoa Asian Slaw with a peanut sauce.

Ingredients for salmon:
?2 - 4oz.-6oz. - Salmon fillets
Sauce:
?2 tbsp - miso paste / white
?1 1/2 tbsp - water
?1/2 ts. - sesame oil
?1/2 ts. - honey

Ingredients for Asian Peanut butter Slaw:
?1/4 cup - carrots / julienne
?1/4 cup - cabbage green / julienne
?1/4 cup - cabbage purple / julienne
Sauce:
?3 tbsp. - peanut butter / smooth
?1 tbsp. - sesame oil
?1 tbsp. - honey
?1 - lime / juice
?2 tbsp. - apple cider vinegar
?1 ts. - garlic / minced
?1/2 tbsp. - #flavorgod Cajun

Directions:
?Cook quinoa as directed by a box or bag.
?Once done , lightly season quinoa with #flavorgod seasoning, place to the side.
?Next turn oven on to broil. Place a oven rack in middle of oven.
?Combine ingredients for miso glaze. Mix glaze well than pour over salmon fillets.
Place fillets in the oven on middle rack for 10 minutes at BROIL.
?Next cut veggies (for slaw) into julienne cuts.
?Combine slaw sauce ingredients to make a sauce. Mix well and pour over julienne veggies and lets it for 10 minutes to get to room temp.
Plate quinoa, slaw than salmon.
