It is a rare photographic gift to discover sharks feeding naturally in the sea on their own terms and not impacted by a guide dispensing bait.
We spent the day snorkeling next to this natural feeding station watching 8 very large tiger sharks feeding cooperatively. As dusk fell more sharks came in and the mood changed to from calm to excited to aggressive. The sharks began to pass us close and fast and bump the zodiac we had on standby. The pictures were getting fabulous with a great sunset coming but it was time to get out of the water. Advice of the day: never get between a tiger shark and her sperm whale.
