Playing around with my macros. The struggle I have when cutting is keeping the size in my lower body. My pants slowly start to fall off and my booty shrinks along with everything else. It's alway been a battle between having a full butt or define abs. Which do you prefer? I always set new goals to push myself, constantly switching up my diet/workout program. Coming from an athlete background, it's a must to put my mind and body through new challenges! What do you struggle with when dieting and exercising?
