As George continues his treatment he sometimes alternates between pain (as his bones are reshaping) and being content. Today he's content and this has been the case for the past few days so here's hoping. George's predicament is due to his poor diet which was given to him as a cub when he was used as a tourist attraction in Spain before being rescued by #cach (campaign against canned hunting). He'll probably be haunted in some way or another by this until he passes away one day. The sad reality is that there are many cubs who suffer from inadequate diet who are bred for the sole purpose of #cubpetting ultimately fueling the #cannedhunting industry which is so prevalent in South Africa.
