This is how my adventurous bread came out. It wasn't perfect, way different from the bread I'm used to bake (crust and flavour wise, more fermentation wouldnt hurt too). But hey, I made it entirely by feel, with random and weak flour and challenging clay oven. Those emotions and excitement I felt through whole process... This is how bread hazard could look like ;)
