This is one of my favorite elements of my training, every Tuesday and Thursday I get to go heavy in either clean and jerk or snatch followed by some consistency work at a lower percentage. I play around with going between ever 20-40sec with singles doubles or triples. Today was 1 rep every 20sec at 75-85% for 8minutes :) only lost my concentration once ?
