Happy Birthday, #AnyhonyKiedis! "Anthony taught me a big lesson early on in my career. He wasn’t gonna let some photographer tell him who he was. I wanted to play up the goofy side of the band and had tons of props ready. When the band arrived, Anthony took one look at the kiddie pool, lawn chairs, and fishing poles and said, 'We’re not doing that.' Then he starts dragging everything (including my plans) off to the side. I was terrified and uncertain what to do. But then he grabs a garden house and starts to soak Flea. A full-band water-battle ensued. It was great (except for the water that went into my neighbor’s open windows). Then Anthony sticks the hose down his pants and through his fly.
