My mum worked in a fish shop when we were younger (very young), but if there's one thing I remember, it was loving the amazing fresh seafood she would bring home and cook. Grilled prawn salad is one of my favourites. Red meat/chicken is not something I eat a lot of anymore. I tend to substitute red meat with fish, especially in curries! It's great ? I love tuna, salmon and white fish ? Tobi got me hooked on Japanese food! It's amazing? Sashimi and sushi is sooooo good (I used to hate this stuff) ?
