Twenty One Pilots (@トゥエンティ・ワン・パイロッツ) may not have won Best Alternative act at today’s MTV European Music Awards (@MTV EMA) in Milan, but the duo still got to perform their piano pop hit “Tear In My Heart” for the crowd at the Piazza del Duomo.
