Monthly Hashtag Project: #MHPfanclub

The goal this month is to turn the camera on the crowd and take photos of fans at concerts. Today’s featured submission — selected by music photographer and #MHPfanclub guest curator Colin Kerrigan (@colinkerrigan) — comes from 29-year-old photographer James Hartley (@hartleyphoto).
“She was surrounded by a wall of cell phones and cameras, with almost everyone watching the show through a screen,” says James of a fellow fan at a Bring Me The Horizon concert in New York. “What’s magical is that as I raised my camera to capture that moment, she turned and looked right at me.”
