Due to the increasing demand of my seasonings I have had to recently purchase extra bottles and lids to keep up with orders because we outsold our current supply. So I whipped together this crispy, breakfast burrito by using a small piece of leftover @5280meat flat iron steak, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 @5280meat bacon chopped up and reheated in a medium skillet. Add in 3 whisked eggs, season with @Flavorgod Seasonings lemon & garlic, pinch of salt/pepper. Add cooked egg scramble mixture to center of a flour tortilla (this made 2) and fold up. Place in a hot, dry pan seam side down to seal up the burrito. Rotate to crisp up on all sides (careful this step happens extremely fast & you could burn your tortilla) Serve with spicy sauce for dipping.
