Here goes Jules again with her Famous Crispy Cheese Egg Taco! No tortillas needed! Looks incredible Jules!? One of these days I'm going to get my hands on one of these... or maybe 3!???

julesfoodIn a nut shell... Medium hot non-stick pan... Grate cheese into pan. Crack egg(s) in the middle as cheese is melting. Let cook/fry until egg is done to your liking. (You might need to turn the heat up at the end to get crispy bottom and sides) I season with @Flavorgod Seasonings Chipotle or ghost pepper. Add more cheese if necessary while cooking. Remove from heat when sides are crispy. Let sit in pan until it slides out in one piece. Blot excess "cheese-oil" off with paper towel. After the 1st one you'll get it??.
