Eggplant Parm under construction. Salt and drain thin slices eggplant. Heat olive oil small batches large nonstick brown plank. Layer tomato basil sauce, lots parm and sliced mozz. Cross hatch the planks. Bake and stand room temp to cut. #eggplant #dindin
