To celebrate London Cocktail Week, try The Penicillin cocktail made with The Macallan Fine Oak 10.

To make: 2 oz. blended whisky, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, 3/4 oz. honey syrup, 3 slices ginger, muddled, 1/4 oz. The Macallan Fine Oak 10.

Shake whisky, lemon juice, ginger, and honey syrup over ice.

Strain in rocks glass.

Pour The Macallan Fine Oak 10 over the back of a spoon to float.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.
