A serve every good host should have at their fingertips: The Whisky Sour
All you need is: 50ml The Macallan Fine Oak 10 Years Old, 15ml Fig Liqueur, 25ml Fresh lime juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 2 dashes of orange bitters and egg white.

Shake all of the ingredients dry for 10 seconds, add ice and shake for a further 10 seconds, strain into a chilled glass with fresh ice, garnish with orange zest and enjoy.
