Once upon a time I was 4'9 and 185 lbs. I started to lose weight when I was 16yrs old bc of health issues. But at this time I was also growing into a young woman. I didn't know how to deal with my curves. No matter how much weight I lost , I still felt too curvy and I would always hide them wearing baggy clothes. My obsession to be tiny lead me to develop eating disorders. I was growing up in a time where curves were not accepted. My road to health & wellness started out rocky but now, as an adult I've finally been able to accept my body. I workout, I eat well & im always mindful. Im a woman with curves, and never again will I ever apologize for that #GoJV

Una vez yo estuve 4'9 y 185 libras. Empecé a perder peso cuando yo era 16 anos por problemas de salud. Pero en este momento yo también estaba creciendo a una mujer joven. Yo no sabía cómo acceptar mis curvas. No importo la cantidad de peso que perdí, todavía me sentía demasiado curvilínea y yo siempre me vestiva con ropa holgada. Mi obsesión por ser pequeña me llevan a desarrollar trastornos de la alimentación. Yo estaba creciendo en una época donde no fueron aceptadas curvas. Mi camino a la salud y bienestar comenzó rocosa, pero ahora, como adulta por fin he podido aceptar mi cuerpo. Yo entreno, como bien y estoy siempre pendiente. Soy una mujer con curvas, y nunca más me voy disculparse por serlo #GoJV
