@Flavorgod Seasonings Mini Eggplant Parmesan

Need an awesome snack using your #FlavorGod seasonings? Look no further, @DaniMalea put together this quick recipe using the Garlic Lovers and Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 large eggplant
1 tbsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn.
1 tbsp @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers seasoning.
1/2 mozzarella cheese
1/2 Parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup fresh basil (julienne cut)

Directions:
1. Cut eggplant into 3/4 inch disk shapes & place on paper towels. Sprinkle @Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan salt and pink peppercorn on tops of eggplant and let set for 30 minutes to draw out moisture.
2. Tab off excess moisture from eggplant and place on prepared baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lover's seasoning on tops of eggplant.
4. Bake eggplant for about 25 minutes at 375 degrees (Just enough time to where it doesn't get mushy and lose shape).
5. Take eggplant out, top with 1 heaping tbsp of marinara sauce, then mozzarella & Parmesan.
6. Place eggplant back in oven until cheese is melted.
7. Remove from oven and top with basil.
