ONLY 2 DAYS LEFT OF??DYNAMITE??SEASONING - Here's my Dynamite Veggie & Steak flash sear final plating! - If you have a few minutes, you can prepare this dish in a sauté pan. - I like Bok Choy in this dish as it stands up to heat and is a neutral veggie that can be added to more than just Asian dishes. - I cooked the veggies and the protein separate to keep the veggies from steaming next to the protein. At the end I added all elements to the pan with my #flavorgod seasoning to create a cohesive dish. - Ingredients: ?Bok Choy ?Steak ?Sweet peppers ?Cooking oil ?#flavorgod pink salt and pepper ?#flavorgod?DYNAMITE - Flash Sear. When searing protein in a pan never over crowd the pan with the protein or steaming occurs instead of a proper sear. Cook protein in batches if necessary. - For this dish I, 1. Heat saute pan on high heat for 1 minute. 2. Add oil to pan, about 1/2 tbsp. and allow it to become very hot. 3. Sauté veggies for 3 minutes in oil . Add a few pinches of #flavorgod pink salt and pepper at the end of cooking. Than take off heat and place in bowl off stove. 4. Next use same pan (wipe clean) or new pan and do the same as step.2 5.Add steak(sliced into 1 inch bite sized portions) and season with sea salt or #flavorgod S&P. 4. Sear for 1 minute on each side to achieve sear on all sides of meat. This should be medium rare. 5. Next bring all veggies to pan with steak and  sprinkle 1/2 tbsp. of @flavorgod Dynamite, and toss ingredients for 1 more minute. Serve immediately over desired elements. Enjoy! - FLAVORGOD.COM
