A frittata is one of those any time of the day meals you can whip up rather easily with what ever you have in your fridge with eggs, a skillet, and of course my #FlavorGod seasonings. This one looks perfect!

Ingredients:
•1/2 onion, finely chopped
•8 slices of turkey bacon, finely chopped
• 1 dozen mushrooms, finely chopped ( + a couple thinly sliced for the top)
•a teaspoon of ghee butter
• @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers
•2 tbs finely chopped parsley
• 6 eggs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat ghee butter in cast iron pan. Add finely chopped onions, #bacon and mushrooms. Sauté for a couple minutes. Add #flavorgod and parsley. Give it a good stir. Pour in eggs. Place mushroom slices on top. Let it cook for 2 minutes on the stove then place in the oven for 15 minutes (or until the eggs are fully cooked).
