September is 'Suicide Prevention Month' and today is 'World Suicide Awareness Day', or 'R U OK? Day' as it's known in Australia. To do our bit to support those who need help, for each purchase of Happy Tea in September we are donating a portion to the wonderful charity - Society For The Prevention Of Teen Suicide, in addition to our regular Charitea donations. ?

We encourage you all to ask someone if they're ok and check in on your friends - a simple question can start a life changing (or saving) conversation. And if someone asks you, remember - it's ok to say you're not and that you need help. ?
