After much schnitzel + potatoes it’s back to California style eating and these Poblano Shrimp Fajitas are on the menu for tonight! ? It’s one of my favorite under 20 minute meals and it’s especially perfect when you wrap it up in an @oldelpaso tortilla, top it with obscene amounts of guacamole and call it a day! you’re welcome.
