@coachyinsanity calls this one the "Leyva set" because I came up with it. This works your dorsals, triceps, abs, legs, and some chest. Make sure to lift your legs up with your upper body when you do the pull-up, otherwise you're not doing it correctly. We do five reps. One pull-up, and one straight body lift counts as one.
