We’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with @beachyogagirl & @キノ・マクレガ― to bring you our September Challenge: #BasicYogaMix! For the month of September, they will be featuring their favorite and most asked about Yoga Poses. They've blended 30 postures and exercises that will help you along the spiritual journey of Yoga. They’ve also created a 30 day individual plan of short videos to help you learn key anatomical tools that will take you deeper into your strength and flexibility. This plan will follow along each day of the challenge, so we hope you’ll JOIN US for the September Yoga Challenge!
