This year has been a huge leap forward for me with a 0.41 improvement and a number of incredible championships races. I'd like to thank my coach Mick Zisti who has stuck by me for the past 11 years, gym coach Rudolf Sopko and physio Nathan Halliday for all the hard work they do to look after me. I'd also like to thank my incredible family who are always there to support me and believe in me even when I doubt myself, my training squad for making the hard work enjoyable, my awesome group of friends who are always there for me, in particular a select few who's encouragement, support and words of wisdom have set me on a path towards success, and everyone else out there who has watched, cheered or encouraged me this season from near or far. #BringOn2016 #RoadToRio
