Damn I forgot to tell you guys I did it! Ask @garyclarkjr (who didn't like Salmon until now) ??? The recipe: Marinate salmon with garlic, olive oil, fresh herbs (dill, sage, thyme and oregano) Fry in a skillet on high heat both sides until crispy (skin side down first, only flip once). In separate pan heat thinly sliced lemons with capers and lots of butter. Place salmon on top and close lid. Finish cooking by letting it steam through and WALLA! (Voila) ???✌?️???? #cheftrunfio
