Goodbye London! It's been a wonderful week. Interviews, meetings, radio, TV, book signings and this wonderful moment guiding a sea of people through Supta Baddha Konasana after 90 minutes of sweaty, mindful yoga practice. Palms of their hands held to their hearts and their bellies. Listening. Not to me (well, perhaps a little), but to their inner guidance. To the sound of their breaths and the place in between them. To the beating of the heart and all the love that lies within its fragile walls. To the wave of silence that lifts us and carries us and brings us home. To the collective knowing that in this moment, right here,
we are one.
