The last supper in Puglia ? marvelously simple pasta salad with tomatoes and herbs from the garden and cheese we bought from the farm next to us. I am already missing Casina Luciana in the town of Francavilla in Apulia. I had such a great time and I ate so much amazing food. Just for the record, after this we had a walk in the town of Ceglie where there was a street food festival and we ate more authentic Apulian snacks, most of them fried!
