Even if it's just a tiny patch of garden, being able to connect firsthand with the food I prepare for people I love is one of the most miraculous wonders ever. And having my son involved in each step is indescribable bliss. Plus I'm convinced that most of the secrets of life lay hidden within a garden. I hope that I always have the privilege to partake in one and that my son continues to grow in his green thumbed and barefooted wonder.
