A freind sent me a photo from Eastern Colorado this afternoon. @elliotstudio has gone home to help with the harvest on the family farm....he is worth a follow....here is what he wrote me.
It's a welcome sight seeing the combines cut into the setting sun after such a unsettling start to harvest. With $1,000,000 in wheat waiting in the field, the stakes couldn't be much higher. In the last two days where we've dodged storms and the temps have soared, ground has been covered. A thousand acres of record breaking grain yields. This is going to be one for the history books. #TheReckoningDays
