It's called a practice because we are never ever finished. Today my practice was easy, felt like flying. Floating. Easy. Yesterday it was painful, slow, difficult. Everything is always changing. Always in motion. Our bodies change with our emotions and our emotions change with our experience and our experience changes with our thoughts and expectations of what the day will bring us. It's all about mindset and learning how to walk with the beat of your heart. And then, taking what we've learned onto the mat, moving to create space and breathing to let go and letting our hearts grow inside of our chests every single day.
