The sun is setting. I get on my mat and it fills with pale footprints, my feet dusty from a day at the beach. I just had a glass of wine and its making my body soft and I suddenly crave slow, purposeful movement. The clouds are splitting into fragments of white and pink and I sense the day ending. The world around me is transforming with each breath I take.
In this moment, my body is everything and nothing. The desert wind takes me where I need to go.
All is well. There is so much beauty to be found in the simplicity of this place. It's right here.
