Our very first curated cheese plate now available at #DominiqueAnselKitchen, which our team selected together with the help of Anne Saxelby. A very distinctive and lemony ricotta made-to-order on the day you ask for it, a soft and mineral-y ash rind goat cheese, my favorite soft creamy Bonde du Poitou that has a slight nuttiness, and an 18 month Herve Mons aged Comte. Just needs a nice glass of Rose. #cheese
